PIAZZA ITALIA Event
Wednesday 22nd of March
Coolgraphic is organising for the Italian Cultural Institute of Edinburgh a party to celebrate the 2008 Italian Language Week at the Potterrow, Bristo Square.
For a few hours the vibe of an Italian Piazza will be recreated, where Italian restaurants will participate to promote their regional cuisine and other entertainment will take place. Be a tourist in your own city! Our “Students only lottery” will give away generous prizes related to Italy.

| Bellanapoli Glasgow
Huge canvases for a Cool project
Coolgraphic is doing a new interior design project for the Bellanapoli Restaurant in Glasgow. Ten canvases of cool illustrations, related to Italy and the culture, have been printed on fabric and mounted on huge innovative aluminium frames. New Menus for the Edinburgh Uni
Coolgraphic is delighted to have the possibility of working with the Edinburgh University, which has commissioned us to create the new menus for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The Gilded Balloon and Pleasance have really “Cool” coffee menus with new illustrations of Festival Performers on the cover. Take a look at he picture.

We are proud to announce that the Coffee Event was a great success.
There was a great turnout of around 240 people. The Italian food was
delicious, the wine was divine and the music was very entertaining. We
look forward to seeing everyone at the next event!!

Italian Culture and the Art of Drinking Coffee
 Fancy a Coffee?
.....Then join us on the 11th of March at the “La Cantina” Restaurant in Edinburgh at 6 o’clock, where Roberto Monteregge, Head of the Lavazza Training Centre in the UK, will give the opportunity to sample the delicious and unique selection of Lavazza Coffee.
Coolgraphic will present a series of 16 illustrations on canvas on the theme of Italy and its love affair with coffee in all its incarnations!
Coolgraphic’s style, though contemporary, echoes the sophisticated graphic trends of 60’s Italy, the epitome of “COOL”.
These canvases would be equally stylish at home on the walls of a modern day town kitchen or decorating the interior of a trendy cafe’.

If you will go to the Edinburgh University’s Cafe in January, you will probably recognise our illustrations on the brand new menus we have created for Teviot and Potterrow. The Costa café inside the Uni’s headquarter will also host the whole coffee collection!
